THE VISITOR BECOMES A SPECTATOR

The exhibition itinerary includes a play performed several times during the day.

A somewhat unique method has been chosen to illustrate the theme of “Conflicts, coexistence and secularism”: a 20-minute play entitled “In the beginning” (“Au commencement”)*. This is a first in the history of exhibitions.

Written especially for the occasion by the Belgian playwright Philippe Blasband, and directed by Michel Kacenelenbogen, it is performed by Carine Barbey, Hélène Catsaras, Lola Gregori and Pauline Klaus (alternately).

*Warning: children under the age of ten may have some difficulty understanding the play.

Capacity: 160 seats
